We all know how good protein shakes are for our bodies; however, we also know that sometimes they are just hard to swallow down. I’ve been determined to get healthier this year through food and exercise so protein shakes have become part of my daily diet. I’ve been having fun experimenting in the kitchen coming up with different ways to make those protein shakes tasty!
You know I love my coffee. This Mocha Mint Protein Shake includes coffee, but you could leave out the coffee and it will taste equally yummy. This shake recipe taste more like a dessert than anything else. Think Andes Mint, York Peppermint Pattie, minty chocolate heaven!
This recipe is so simple to make. If you do not have fresh mint you can substitute it for a few drops of pure mint extract.
