STITCH FIX #13
If you saw my post from Tuesday, you know that my fix #12 was a bit of a disappointment for me. I received a new stylist, Ashley, and she nailed it!!! I was so happy with this fix! It was full of patterns and pops of color, just what I was looking for. I could tell that Ashley really paid attention to my Pinterest board.
WHAT IS STITCH FIX?
Stitch Fix is a personal styling service. You tell them your style, size, and budget preferences, and they send you a package of stylish goodies to try on at home. They’ll send you a box of 5 clothing and accessory items. You pay a $20 styling fee which will be applied as a credit toward anything you keep from your shipment. You have 3 days to decide what you’ll keep. Return the items you don’t want in the pre-paid mailing bag at any USPS mailbox. If you buy all 5 items you save 25% off the entire shipment price.
For this fix, I requested to my stylist again that I wanted warm clothes for winter. It is freezing cold here in the Midwest, so I requested items like thick, warm sweaters and pants.
MY STITCH FIX GOODIES:
Look by M Shannon Plaid Infinity Scarf – I love this scarf. I wear scarfs pretty much from September – May since the weather in the Midwest is so highly unpredictable. A scarf is a great accessory that is not only stylish but functional as well! This one is great because it adds warmth, which is very much-needed this winter.
Liverpool Collen Straight Leg Jean – Love, love, LOVE these jeans. They are super comfortable, have a nice stretch to them and I love that they have a higher rise…great for hiding those love handles 😉
Pixley Ivy Feather Print Blouse – This feather print blouse is super cute. I love the tunic length. This shirt can be casual if you pair it with jeans or leggings or you could dress it up by pairing it with a skirt.
Market & Spruce Julia Utility Jacket – This jacket might be my most favorite item I ever received from Stitch Fix!! I absolutely love it. I love the color and it’s perfect for adding a pop of color to any outfit.
RD Style Barnsley V-Neck Sweater – This sweater is OK, but I really wish it were a little longer and I’m not sure if I like the two-toned color. It makes a great layering piece since it is shorter, as well as somewhat sheer so you will definitely have to wear something underneath of it.
For this fix:
- Merchandise total =$314.00
- Styling fee -$20.00
- Buy all discount -$73.50
- Total = $220.50
Which averages out to be about $44.10 for each item with the buy all discount.
Comment below and tell me which item(s) you would have kept or returned!
