I received my fifth Stitch Fix box this month. If you don’t know by now, I love monthly boxes. The one thing I really like about Stitch Fix is that if you do not like your items you can send them back. If you’d like to see what I received in my previous fixes, you can check them out here, here, here and here.
What is Stitch Fix?
Stitch Fix is a personal styling service. You tell them your style, size, and budget preferences, and they send you a package of stylish goodies to try on at home. They’ll send you a box of 5 clothing and accessory items. You pay a $20 styling fee which will be applied as a credit toward anything you keep from your shipment. You have 3 days to decide what you’ll keep. Return the items you don’t want in the pre-paid mailing bag at any USPS mailbox. If you buy all 5 items you save 25% off the entire shipment price.
This is what came in my Stitch Fix box:
Kut From The Kloth Denna Colored Skinny Jean ($78):
I love, love, LOVE these jeans. They are really comfortable and made of a stretchy material. I love the cobalt color and LOVE the fact they are mid-rise jeans. Mid-rise or high-waist hide my mom pooch!
Daniel Rainn Lander Watercolor Floral Print Blouse ($68):
I liked the style of this top, but I did not care for the print. I think the top would have looked better if the print covered the entire blouse. It just looked weird to me having white separating the front and back. This top was also slightly tight in the chest. In the style card I love the golden flats, burgundy purse and blue stone necklace.
Pomelo Aleah V-Neck Heathered Dolman Sleeve Shirt ($48):
Once again the Pomelo brand has not failed me. My last 2 fixes contained Pomelo brand items and I’ve ended up keeping EVERY item. This shirt is super soft and comfortable. I love this top because it is something I can dress up or down. I need versatile pieces like this in my wardrobe. It’s something I can wear to work or I can throw on with jeans on the weekend and still be comfortable when I”m chasing after my two year old. I love the clutch that is in the style card.
41Hawthorn Filbert Abstract Floral 3/4 Sleeve Blouse ($58):
I really liked this top. I liked the print, cut and style of the blouse. The disappointing thing was this top was too small. I couldn’t pull it over my chest. I was pretty bummed out because if it would have fit me, I would have kept it for sure. In the style card I LOVE every single item.
Pomelo Martina Slub Knit Open Cardigan ($54):
I really liked this cardigan. It is another piece I can dress up or down. The material is really soft and comfortable. It is lightweight which is perfect for year around wear since in the Spring/Summer I can wear a tank underneath and in the Fall/Winter I can layer underneath. I also, liked the pockets..that aren’t really pockets?! If I could choose, EVERY SINGLE item on this style card would be the perfect fix!!
